1. Acceptance of these terms
AdultNode.com ("AdultNode", "we", "us") operates a directory that links to third-party adult entertainment platforms. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Age restriction (18+)
The site contains material intended for adults only. By using AdultNode you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that accessing sexually oriented material is legal where you live. If you are under 18, leave the site immediately.
3. Directory role; outbound links
AdultNode is a discovery tool. We do not produce, host, stream, or distribute any of the adult content shown on destination sites. Every "View Profile", "Watch Live", or similar call-to-action is an outbound link to an independently operated third-party platform. Those platforms have their own terms of service, privacy policies, record-keeping obligations, and age-verification procedures. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any destination site.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Many outbound links on AdultNode are affiliate links. If you click such a link and sign up or purchase on the destination site, AdultNode may receive a commission. This commission does not change the price you pay, and we do not let it dictate editorial placement.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- access the site if you are under 18;
- scrape, harvest, or mass-download content, listings, or images except as expressly allowed by our robots.txt;
- impersonate any creator, platform, or AdultNode staff member;
- probe, attack, or attempt to disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
- use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
6. Creator profiles and claims
Public creator profiles on AdultNode are assembled from publicly available information. Creators may claim, edit, or request removal of their profile at any time by using the claim flow or the takedown form. We action verified requests within 24 hours.
7. Intellectual property
The AdultNode name, logo, layout, code, and compiled directory data are our property or that of our licensors. Individual images and creator metadata may belong to the creators or to the destination platforms; they are displayed under fair-use / editorial-use principles, and we honour takedown requests under the DMCA process.
8. 18 U.S.C. § 2257

9. Disclaimers; no warranty
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DESTINATION PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE, LEGAL, SAFE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOU. YOU USE OUTBOUND LINKS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADULTNODE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OF ANY DESTINATION PLATFORM.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
