Colton Wergin : How often should you train your abs?
Everybody’s different, but when I'm really wanting my abs to pop, I like training them 4-5 times a week. Just like your other body parts, your abs should be stimulated if you're wanting the best results. I love throwing a mix of bodyweight movements like leg raises, with weighted movements like cable crunches 🏼
