Alex Aesthetix : Dips are a great exercise for me to target the lower part of my pectorals and have allowed me to widen my rib cage!

I often do the dips at the end of the session, at the execution level leaning your chest slightly forward to target the pectoral muscles.
If you stay straight, your triceps will take over and so will the front of your shoulder.
